Because you may never be satisfied and so run in vain, don't do something if it's not for yourself, if you don't feel it inside you that you want to do it and have a good time doing it, whatever it is (related to an activity or a person). Don't search happiness in something or someone else than yourself because again you'll never be fullfilled and will run from disappointement to disappointment, all that is essential for a good happy life is already in all of us, from birth, a positive mindset, a non judgemental behavior, babies have that purity, that natural lucidity, an adult has been corupted by that quest of fearing everything and searching for fullfillment outside, in objects, in people, searching parts of oneself desperately, searching an identity, to me all this is wrong, the point as an adult is to find anew the path to go beyond the thoughts, the condionned mind, and be able to notice that power of happiness that is inside us all. Well this is how i perceive it, anyone can have his own interpretation.
A complex thought, but in general I think I agree with it.

I LOVE THIS...sometimes a one-sentence quote can really say it all.
