RépondreSupprimeris numbness a way of coping? I feel it too...
RépondreSupprimerI feel my days are empty, so i can't find a reason to sleep, how can someone with my living style could think : "ok i did enough, it was a fullfilled and useful day, time to get some rest!", usually work has this effect on people, that gives the impression of a useful and well used day, with the fatigue that comes along, i don't want to lose my time in a boring job but i need to feel and learn, to rest serenely, i can't find that those days, i'm just a wooden horse on a tourniquet.
RépondreSupprimerdo you feel numb those days? what if numbness is a way for our body to make us forget with the less suffering.
RépondreSupprimer(i didn't have watched your video yet when i wrote all that)
