I think something to go against gives a group of human a common goal to reach and allow them to stay strongly together, people love to regroup against a same ennemi even if it's not clearly definite, imagine the trends amongst youngs, rappers against gothics against techno lovers etc..., the clans they form, people feel stronger that way, imagine even all the suposedly humanistic ideas and the groups such as greenpeace or so, they also battle against an ennemi, and then imagine you, humans need to regroup, need contacts, define what we love and don't love allow us to find persons who will match our ideals, but there will always be an "ennemi", or else you don't chose a camp, but then you live alone, if you don't chose a camp, it becomes impossible to adhere to any groups of people, imagine you, the way you are now, you already perceive ennemies and try to find your allies to support this life because humans are gregarious, is there really another way, we can get together around a subject we like but it means there will always be the opposit, if we like something then we dislike the opposite. Maye that's why i'm alone, i don't want to chose a camp, i don't want to have ennemies, again to me the ideals is to focus on the positives values and tolerate the rest, be respectful.
Why does society need enemies...an enemy is like a criminal...an enemy means there are groups who go against him. Humans need war to have society?

So to regroup people give them an ennemi in common, and that's a way to reign, reign by fear.
