Hazard is an assembly of facts which have an explanation and coming together at the same time, weaving a complex web that leads to an event (a context made of facts where each one are also the result of a context and so on back to the source of each fact), we can try to find out the facts that lead to an event so that it runs in our favor (the entanglement of certain event is so complex that it is obviously impossible to check out all the facts, but i like to try it out through reasoning and logic).
The hazard is what is unexpected, if we know how to analyze a situation, we can control it, to some extent.
